1. Parties to the Contract
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) govern the sale of goods through the website www.rebersrl.it (the “Website”), owned by Reber S.r.l., with registered office at Via Valbrina 11 – 42045 Luzzara (RE) and operational headquarters at Via Sanguine 11 – 46030 Correggioverde di Dosolo (MN), VAT No. 00131370355.
1.2. By accessing the Website and completing an order, the customer fully accepts these Terms.
2. Subject Matter
2.1. Reber sells through the Website a range of kitchen products, machines for food processing and preservation, accessories, and spare parts.
2.2. These Terms apply to all orders placed through the Website, unless otherwise specified for particular product categories.
3. Recipients and Scope of Application
3.1. These Terms apply to sales addressed to:
– Consumers (natural persons purchasing for non-professional purposes);
– Businesses and professionals (B2B) purchasing for professional use or resale.
4. Ordering and Conclusion of the Contract
4.1. The customer selects the desired products, adds them to the cart, and completes the ordering process by providing the required information (address, billing details, payment method).
4.2. The contract is deemed concluded upon Reber’s confirmation of the order via e-mail.
4.3. In case of unavailability or delivery issues, Reber will inform the customer to agree on an alternative solution or proceed with a refund.
5. Prices, VAT, and Additional Costs
5.1. All prices on the Website are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT.
5.2. Shipping costs and any additional charges are clearly indicated before order confirmation.
5.3. For sales and shipments outside Italy, any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges required in the destination country are borne by the customer.
5.4. Reber reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, such changes shall not apply to orders already confirmed.
6. Payment Methods
The following payment methods are accepted:
– Credit card
– Bank transfer in advance
Any additional costs related to the chosen payment method will be indicated before order confirmation.
No instalment sales or discounts/reductions are provided beyond the prices listed on the Website.
7. Delivery and Timing
7.1. Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer via courier, unless otherwise specified in the order confirmation.
7.2. Average dispatch time is 3 working days, unless otherwise indicated on the product page or by specific communication. Actual delivery time depends on the destination and the courier’s shipping policy. The contact details provided by the customer (phone number and email address) may be used by the courier to share delivery updates. The customer may request the tracking number to check the shipment status.
7.3. For bulky or palletised products, delivery may be arranged by appointment.
7.4. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the specified destination. Any transport damage must be reported within the first working day after delivery.
8. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers only)
8.1. The consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without any obligation to provide reasons.
8.2. The withdrawal must be communicated in writing to the email address ecommerce@rebersrl.it.
8.3. Products must be returned to REBER S.R.L. – Via Sanguine 11 – 46030 Correggioverde di Dosolo (MN), intact and complete with original packaging.
8.4. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
8.5. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
9. Warranty and Assistance
9.1. All Reber products are covered by a legal conformity warranty of 24 months (for consumers) or 12 months (for professional users).
9.2. The customer must report any defects within 7 days of discovery by sending a detailed description to ecommerce@rebersrl.it.
9.3. After verification, Reber may repair, replace, or refund the defective product, either directly or through its authorised service centres.
9.4. The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, tampering, incorrect installation, normal wear and tear of components, or consumable materials (e.g. sealing bars for vacuum sealers, plates/blades for meat grinders).
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. Reber shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or business interruption resulting from product use.
10.2. In any case, the maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product concerned.
11. Personal Data Processing
Personal data provided by the customer are processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

12. Intellectual Property
All Website content (texts, images, trademarks, logos, graphics) is owned by Reber S.r.l. and protected by copyright and industrial property laws.
Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.
13. Amendments to the Terms
Reber reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes shall be effective from the date of publication on the Website.
Orders already confirmed remain governed by the Terms in force at the time of purchase.
14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
14.1. These Terms are governed by Italian law.
14.2. For disputes with consumer customers, jurisdiction lies with the court of the customer’s place of residence or domicile.
14.3. For disputes with professional or business customers (B2B), exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Court of Reggio Emilia.
